Executor
The person is in charge of settling the Estate of a deceased person.
Typically, a Last Will & Testament identifies the person legally allowed to settle the Estate.
Also known as Executor of Estate, Estate Administrator or Personal Representative
If no Will exists, then state Probate Court will appoint someone to this position and they are known as an Administrator.
