Administer the Estate
In order to settle an Estate, a number of administrative and legal tasks must first be completed.
An assigned person, designated by state law or a Last Will & Testament, will manage this process; they are known as the Executor or Administrator.
Only after these initial tasks are completed can final debts be paid and remaining Assets distributed to surviving family, Heirs and Beneficiaries.
