Once all credits have been cataloged, the Executor or Administrator must pay all outstanding debts the deceased may have had.

Only after all debts are paid can remaining Assets be distributed to surviving family members, Heirs and designated Beneficiaries.

Sell Estate Goods If Necessary
Review Payment Priority Order
Pay Estate Administrative Expenses
Pay Funeral Expenses
Submit Tax Returns for the Deceased
Submit Tax Returns for the Estate
Pay Medical Bills
Pay Other Bills and Estate Expenses
Determine Taxes for Beneficiaries
