Estate / Catalog Assets and Debt
Catalog Assets and Debt
Settling an Estate requires paying debts owed by the deceased and then distributing remaining Assets to designated individuals.
To begin this process, the Executor or Administrator must first catalog all debts and Assets, including any final taxes owed, of the deceased.
Cataloging these items first makes it easier to pay debt and distribute Assets later.
