Also known as a Funeral Director, a Mortician is service professional who helps facilitate end-of-life plans for the deceased.

- Transporting the body, planning a Funeral or Memorial Service
- Managing and leading Final Disposition services such as Burial or Cremation
- Coordinating an Obituary publication and notifying governmental institutions of the death
