If a Probate Bond was required by Probate Court while administering the Estate, it's possible that some funds may be available for reimbursement.

As long as the Administrator or Executor did not act careless or fraudulent and cause loss to the estate, the bond's principal may be returned.

Typically, a copy of the Judgment of Final Distribution from Probate Court will be needed to finalize.
