Write a Eulogy
A Eulogy is a speech given at Funeral or Memorial Service to honor and remember the deceased.
Typically, it's highly a personal account of the deceased, written in a positive light, and in a voice most comfortable of the person giving the speech, the eulogizer (it can even be tastefully humorous at moments).
Traditionally, a Eulogy is given by a family member, or clergy members, though anyone may speak at a Funeral if requested.
Sometimes, If those closest to the deceased are uncomfortable speaking, then friends and loved ones, or Funeral Directors may speak in their place.
For those who want to speak but are having trouble knowing what to say, it may help to recite a poem, a passage from books or films, or even lyrics from a song that the deceased may have enjoyed.
Of course, any which are applicable to the circumstance, or just generally pleasant, are also perfectly fine.
