While it may be difficult to manage your own Grief, it may be even more difficult to help someone else in need.
If you're unsure of what to say, or have trouble providing emotional guidance to the bereaved, offering practical, everyday support is a sincere, productive way to help.
This will help reduce the burden of everyday life so the Bereaved can focus on themselves.
Examples of helpful support include, but are not limited to:
