Executors Deed
A legal document that officially transfers ownership of a deceased person's property to Beneficiaries if a Last Will & Testament was established prior to the death.
If no Will existed at the time of death, then this is known as an Administrators Deed.
If no Will existed at the time of death, then this is known as an Administrators Deed.
