Create and Print Ceremony Programs

A Funeral Program is a piece of paper or small brochure that describes the Funeral or Memorial Service

It helps attendees follow along more easily by giving background of the deceased, identifying speakers, or providing text to read in unison.

Typically, they include, but are not limited to:

  • Photo of the deceased

  • Name of the deceased

  • Date of birth

  • Date of death

  • Information about the service (date, location)

  • Itinerary of events in the order in which they will take place (the "order of service")

  • Participating persons in the order in which they will speak (officiant, eulogizes, additional speakers, musicians, etc)

  • Poems, readings, lyrics, prayers to be said in unison

  • Additional services / event information (date, time, location)

  • Charity donation information

  • Biographical information


Once the contents of the program have been identified, it's time to choose where to design and print them.

A Funeral Home may provide these services, but Funeral Program's can be purchased from anywhere, it is not a required purchase from a Funeral Home.

Often an online design and printing website is used instead.
