To prevent excessive mail, important notifications, or theft, contact the post office to manage the deceased's mailing address.

Typically, mail is forwarded to the Executor of Estate, Next of Kin, or surviving family, so that it can be reviewed.

However, if easier, mail can also be held at the post office to be picked up instead.

For either, a copy of the Death Certificate will need to be provided.
